A Simple Uncomplicated Life

I hope you have a most wonderful day/evening, and a fantastic rest of the week.
I guess we ARE on the opposite ends of the spectrum, aren't we? Still, it's nice that you came by; I really appreciated that.
Have a great weekend!
Thanks for dropping by!
I'll be back again later to read your posts; I just wanted to drop in before I head to bed so I could wish you a great week.
Keep writing - it's honestly very interesting!
It sounds like you're trying to watch the layers, too; why not drop on by for a visit?
It looks like this is going to be a very interesting blog to visit; I'll definitely be back!
A good nights sleep and an extra long drowse this morning and I think my fears of the downward spiral have been allayed. The optimism has come bouncing back and I’m really not sure what to make of it all. Outside its still raining, the forecast for the next week is
Donning a particularly fetching hoodie and walking boots I decided to totter off to the Homebase to buy wood stain, in the vague hope that the greying clouds might clear. The walk’s nice, through the forest which was awash with thousands of crystal raindrops clinging to leaves and running down slippery stems. Getting a rush of energy I decided to stop in at my allotment on the way home, only to be greeted by clearing skies and a jungle of weeds. A couple of hours later I had totally cleared Summer Pudding alley (a mixture of raspberries, rubharb, gooseberries & currants) and as I packed my things back into my rucksack a glint of red caught my eye. Bending down, I lifted a leaf and there – to my complete astonishment, was one, single, lonesome, raspberry! They weren’t supposed to fruit this year, in their first year of establishment, and that this little fruit had held on through wind, rain and birds, was amazing for there’s no netting on the cage. I savoured the taste and it really made my day.
I’m home now, the rain has once again began to lash down, but that one little raspberry has made everything better!
